Generated .phar is a bit big #891

After #566 the generated .phar file has grown considerably (85 mb for 3.0.0-alpha1). Unfortunately, enabling compression results in issues that are probably related to https://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=58169.

Setting ulimit to a large number (there are approximately 13k files in the .phar) makes it pass, but after compression the file is still around 25mb.
