I looked into it in the past, and Acronis uses El Torito, for which there is already an Enhancement Request (#63). It will most likely be at least a year or two before I look into adding El Torito support, and it will be very tricky to do, as, unlike Isolinux/Syslinux or WinPE/bootmgr based images, each image requires different settings and it will be next to impossible to do something generic.

What you really want to do is try to follow the steps from here to try to extract the image content.
