Steps to reproduce

  1. Upon login/logout, one can see requests to /api/v0/settings/values-list in the network tab
  2. Those always fail on OC10 since the endpoint doesn't exist

Expected behaviour

Only necessary requests are being sent based on used backend

Probably best to create a capability for it, right?
