Release deployment examples

For documentation purposes we need stable references to working deployment examples. These need to be available for different oCIS versions. Eg. deployment examples for oCIS 2.0.0 and 3.0.0 (if they differ and information on what oCIS versions are compatible, similar to what we do with the oCIS-Charts)

Release / tag the deployment examples separately

Ensure that deployment examples are up to date on the oCIS tag / release

I saw some back ports to the stable branches, so this seems to be fixed
