"Open file location" for recipients and public works incorect

this is existing bug which was open and fixed in another repo. I do not attach a link.

Steps:

1. start ocis with wopi or use https://ocis.ocis-wopi.released.owncloud.works/
2. create docs file
3. share to einstein
4. einstein accepts and opens file
5. einstein clicks "Open file location"

Actual:

for user who create file works correct but for recipients:

for public:

1. create public link
2. public opens link and opens file in Onlyoffice
3. public clicks "Open file location"

Actual: re-direct to authorisation

if user has no accepting share: PROPFIND 404

re-tested on rc2. Fixed
