Describe the bug

a file share cannot be overwritten by the receiver and after trying the share disappears

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. as einstein share a file with marie
  2. as marie accept the share
  3. as marie try to overwrite the received share

Expected behavior

file is overwritten

Actual behavior

  • 403 Forbidden error
  • marie lost the share
