First of all, thank you for Gaupol!

I seem to remember that you wanted to reconsider a Windows Installer once GIMP moved to GTK3. Apparently, they are busy doing right that, and the remaining issues seem to lie in their own (GIMP) code and Wayland support; Windows seems to be fine.

Could we convince you toreconsider a Windows installer?

I checked a while back how the GIMP folks build it and it looked horribly complicated.

What I have used before is obsolete, at least pygi-aio hasn't been updated in a long time, I'd need to switch to something, but all of the approaches I see are either very complicated or use some packages that do not look stable and well maintained.

So, I don't expect to continue with Windows installers, I just recently updated the README to reflect that. I am of course open to contributions if someone has motivation to look into this matter.
