Copilot does not work. Waiting for support 2 weeks already

Hello i created a ticket #2989690 2 weeks ago already but still no assistance with my problem.

My Github account was accidentally marked as sanctioned but after appeal it was unmarked and all my paid features should be available. There is a letter from Github support which i received 4 September attached below:

My Copilot subscription seems to be active but in fact it does not work. I tried VScode and PyCharm IDEs, but both of them report an access denied problem. So basically the Copilot is not working for me.

Could you please help to fix the issue ?

Reproduction Steps:

1. download fresh VScode or PyCharm IDE.
2. install Copilot extension
3. log in github account successfully
4. write something in Copilot chat
5. get access-denied error (VScode) , or 403-error (PyCharm)
