Describe the request
Conducting user research for redesigning Oppia's blog page and redesigning it.
Context for the request
The "Blog" page will removed from the About tab (on header), and remain only on the footer after resolving issue #127. We're unsure if the footer placement is optimal and need user research to see if users require additional access points.
Currently, users use hashtags to find what they're interested in. And based on user feedback (from issue #127), users want blogs with clear categories and more content variety (publications, newsletters, etc.). In addition, the marketing team also has contents to share. Therefore, user research is needed to:
Identify target audiences and their needs.
Determine the content to include on the blog page (marketing team can help here). The designer can conduct the user research, or the UXR team can use their expertise to help.
