The docker-scripts and docker-py versions are hard coded and outdated that doesn't work with the current docker version. Also the the docker-scripts project is renamed to docker-squash. make command fails during the squash phase

Removing the hardcoded version and updating the docker squash command fixed the issue. The following #1 pull request fixes this issue
