Ask them how their day was.
Get them something they like (tea, memes) to help them relax.
Suggest something you can do with them for a bit that they might like.
Tell them something about your day.
Give them a warm (virtual?) hug.
Find a way to spend some time just being idle together (couch, video chat).
Try and remember a funny memory and share it with them.
Offer to do something you know they don't enjoy doing.
