Public participation

We stream our conference call straight to YouTube so anyone can listen to it live, it should start playing at https://www.youtube.com/c/nodejs+foundation/live when we turn it on. There's usually a short cat-herding time at the start of the meeting and then occasionally we have some quick private business to attend to before we can start recording & streaming. So be patient and it should show up.

I'd propose that we start with:

as @ovflowd will attending for those and then he can leave if he wants after we get through them.

Since we ran out of time for the strategic initiative updates during the meeting, here's my update for single-executable-applications:

The initial implementation PR - nodejs/node#45038 is pretty much ready and I'm currently waiting for Jenkins CI to get unlocked so that I can run it again. The PR already has some approvals and if anyone else also wants to take a look, I'd highly appreciate it.

I've posted in the tsc slack channel but might be worth it to post here as well. Security update:

Apart from the upcoming security release (hard one), the permission model is ready (nodejs/node#44004), all the issues have been addressed and I’m just waiting for the CI unlock to trigger another run.
