Existing title is cleared

Helmet seems to clear existing <title>My Title</title> that is specified outside of Helmet, including when there is no usage or mention of <title> in Helmet. We're using Helmet to add other head content (script tags), and would think existing head contents would be left in place - and they all seem to be except title.
