We should put all files (multiqc_config, output.md) into separate channels in general. This has caused issues with both nf-core/rnaseq as well as nf-core/ampliseq and should be avoided if possible (and its pretty easy to fix)

Will do this pretty soon myself, but wanted to document already that we're aware of the problem :-)
