Allow to edit meeting details after creation or to specify a meeting id in advance

Thanks for the great plugin! Your work is appreciated.

As a manager I would like to be able to specify a meeting id and a passcode manually.
We often create meetings in multiple courses that should point to the same meeting id, e.g. test meetings to test out zoom as a preparation for an exam.
It would be great to have a way to choose/override a meeting id so that multiple courses could use the same meeting. Upon copying a course the manually specified meeting id should persist.
