500 error after upgrade to 3.11

Last week we upgraded from 3.7 to 3.11. However, the zoom plugin isn't working. I have created a new app and credentials and added them to the updated plugin and I get the green working message.

I can then access the add a meeting page without issue

However, when I then click save and display (or return to course) I get a 500 error

All was working fine on 3.7 but not since the upgrade. Any suggestions to try???

There should be a server (Apache, php-fpm, nginx) log message that explains why the 500 error is occurring. It's probably a PHP Fatal error of some type.

If you can find that error message, that's going to be the most useful information. Otherwise, it becomes a bit of guesswork and I'll ask about which version of PHP and which version of the mod_zoom plugin.
