Logout button

There is already an API endpoint for it.
It would be nice to have for SSO feature testing.

Button could be accessed by clicking on profile avatar. This would bring up a drop down floating menu with a logout button. Clicking logout button should also bring up confirmation modal.

It was decided logout button will be placed at the bottom of the sidemenu.
