Provide a way to dismiss GCM specific information banner #228

I installed the plug-in and it now shows a banner asking me to provide GCM specific information in all pages, even when creating a new post. I have no intention to sign up for this at the moment, but there's no way for me to dismiss it, which is kind of bad UI.

Suggestions? Would you like a "dismiss" button that dismisses it forever or just for a few days or ...?

I think a "Dismiss (x)" option would be great. Then let the user add the info if they want, and just don't bother them otherwise.
