On Track: Some work is in review to support different platforms (Fenix, Desktop,... (#3267)). Andrei has completed the work to support feature configuration in desktop (only supporting about:welcome for right now) in the desktop SDK.

Work has been paused this week to onboard new console team / invest in some improvements to Experimenter.  Completed initial draft of Specifications for Feature Experiments ( https://docs.google.com/document/d/1AqRetDJRMIEWGTBdNkwH9zQ2WP-v2mIklY4shJN7QWk/edit# ) to support requirements for this going forward and some more breakdown / filing of tasks.
