Future of this Crate

The sha1 name in crates.io will transition over to the RustCrypto project. The crate that will be published on that name will thus no longer refer to sha1_smol but what was previously published under sha-1.

This crate will stay around under the new name with the same API as sha1 before. sha1 0.6.1 now pulls in sha1_smol transparently so you're automatically being transitioned here.
