How to run with parameters？

When carrying parameters, I can only run by "running and debugging" in the sidebar, but not by "running python files in the terminal". How do I add parameters when I run with“Triangle symbol”?

You want to create a launch.json configuration where you set the args setting. Make sure to set the appropriate purpose setting so the configuration is used when clicking the Run button.

Launch.json is invalid when I click on the triangle symbol in the upper right corner.

What do you mean by "invalid"? As in you get an error about your launch.json being invalid? If so did you try opening the file to see if there are any error or warning problems listed for it?

I mean launch.json doesn't work for run python file in terminal option. It only works for F5 option. I'm wondering how I can make launch.json work for the run python file in terminal option.

Please read the documentation https://code.visualstudio.com/docs/python/debugging#_purpose as I linked to, as that explicitly tells you what you need to set in your launch.json for a configuration to be used for the Run button. If you're saying that's not working, then please open an issue.
