help! my python auto complete is weird and annoying, anyone know how to fix it?

the auto complete is so annoying, it automatically inputs params when I click tab like the image shows. but all i want is that it help me to complete the function name with brackets.

anyone know how to fix the auto complete? i will be appreciated!

What auto-complete engine do you have selected: Pylance or Jedi? And what settings do you have set?

And FYI, datetime.datetime.strptime() is a method, not a function.
