See Terminal.Gui (gui-cs/Terminal.Gui#332) and out-consolegridview issue (PowerShell/ConsoleGuiTools#69).

I tried to find the issue here where this is being worked on, but was unable to. So creating it as a specific issue. Please feel free to tag the right Issue and close this one if it is a dupe. We'd like to track it for Terminal.Gui as it's really unfortunate that mouse does not work yet in Windows Terminal.
