When making a commit, the following (non-blocking error) is seen:
not found: husky-run Can't find Husky, skipping pre-commit hook

Husky was bumped to 6.0.0. Looks like there were breaking changes. I haven't investigated much yet.

When investigating, I did verify that husky was in node_modules
