Hey,
thanks for your great plugin. I'm using it since many years now. 🙏

I wanted to ask what you think about supporting floating windows to display the undo tree and the preview of the file? Looking forward to your feedback.

Just to make sure I understand correctly, you mean to support floating windows on vim GUI?

Actually not. NeoVim calls this feature floating windows and in Vim they are named popups. Both work in TUI mode (for Vim I assume that).

Oh I see. Having undotree showing in a popup rather than a side panel does make sense in some cases. Maybe I should consider implement it someday. Thanks for the great suggestion!

+1 on this feature request from me too.

More specifically, I'd want to keep the docked window panes for the undotree history and diff window. I just want an option to make the keymap help show in a Neovim-style floating window (or whatever it's called on Vim (popup?). As it is now, the text is cropped off.
