[Bug] README.md itunes_image missing vital details about itunes min requirements

Expected behavior

The README.md should give vital details needed to submit podcast into itunes directory successfully. A link to https://help.apple.com/itc/podcasts_connect/#/itc1723472cb and/or mention the 1400x1400 min pixel requirement.

Actual behavior

README.md mentions resolution requirements for "about_logo" and "Thumbnail" but is missing similar details for "itunes_image".
