There is a fixed issue in angular 4.3.2: XLIFF 2.0 file created by the extract tool misses equiv="ICU" angular/angular#17344.
ICU messages in XLIFF 2.0 now will have an equiv="ICU".
This must be handled correctly by tiny-translator
(we just have to update ngx-i18nsupport)
