Cleanup project cfr. Android Mapbox conventions

Ticket tracking changes for parity with other mapbox android projects:

• move all non module specific gradle files to platform/android/gradle Cleanup gradle configuration files #10903
• restructure dependencies.gradle to match seperate versions/dependencies (example) Cleanup dependencies.gradle #10949
• cleanup docs
  • move all non README.md to dedicated platform/android/docs folder
  • revisit exposed content + representation
  • move content of /art folder to be part of /docs and rename to resources
• move all configurations files (eg. checkstyle.xml) to a platform/android/config folder
• add svg variants of our logo to /resources
