Markers laggy in Edge

HTML Markers are laggy in Edge when panning. When you pan the markers are a bit slower than the map which feels odd. Here is an example that demonstrates the issue:

Note that there is only about a dozen markers on the map and no intensive calculations occurring when panning. The numbers on the pin are static. I'm able to reproduce this with a single basic marker as well.

Might be related to #5390 and #4670, using a Symbol layer might be a workaround, depending on if you need HTML Elements or not.
