Only show active protocols on "last login" in mailbox overview

Summary

On the mailbox overview all accounts display the last mail login for IMAP, POP3 and SMTP. As long as one of this services is disabled or not used it show's a "x". I would suggest to not show disabled services on the overview.

Motivation

Makes the overview clearer and indicates directly the available services on an account.
