It would help the development of Photon if we made an IntelliJ IDEA Code Style Scheme following the Spark and Scala style guides available (Spark taking priority over Scala).

It would accelerate the pace of PR reviews and take care of most nit-pick issues.

We have a settings file for IDEA at LinkedIn that we might be able to share on github.

The Photon Style.xml file located in the root of the project is a good start but could always use more work.
