[1.6+] Feature to completely disable animations in the Dashboard, similar to how it was possible prior to 1.6

After upgrading to version 1.6, it is now only possible to "Lighten up Animation Effects" rather than disabling them completely, as was possible in earlier versions. I don’t require the data graph animations or even the data graphs on the dashboard as real-time numbers are sufficient for my needs. This is especially important for my low-performance machines, where minimizing resource consumption is crucial.

in nyanpasu, the biggest performance bottleneck comes from the MUI components. Solving this problem requires a lot of work to redo all the basic UI components. We are currently very short of relevant developers.
