# Script for Melt Calculation

## set up environment:

    conda create --file CitcomSp.yml  
    conda activate CitcomSp

see usage:
    python MeltPlot.py --help

plot figure of melt result

## FileGenerate.py

combine MF file, read input from inputFile

## CheckData.py

check data range and duplicate data

## ElementArea.py

generate an equal-area grid

## MaxD.py

reorder the mf file and return max value
