How to notify users of the new csv and file structure? #137

I just updated https://pangeo-data.github.io/pangeo-cmip6-cloud/overview.html#data-locations but I am wondering how we could more effectively alert users that are still using the old data?

Just delete/rename the old csv (thats super disruptive)
For the json file we could do Add a callout to the collection repr intake/intake-esm#647
but for the csv, is there any way to display a warning?
