Un-skip filter tests

In #7538, some filter tests for text fields are skipped on MySQL because the filters work differently on MySQL(and some of them are already skipped on SQLite). Because of the way that these tests are currently structured, it would be difficult and awkward to change the behavior for each database type. They should be restructured so that they're easier to customise for each database type.
