Bug report

Describe the bug

Currently its very difficult to see focused filter options in the filters popover, as only the chevron changes colour (and its a very subtle change)

To Reproduce

Start up a keystone instance
Navigate to any list page, select the filter list button.
Hover over any list item.

Expected behaviour

A focus style with more contrast
