Can not turn on Hotspot after upgrade to Ubuntu 24.04

Hello,

Currently I upgrade my Ubuntu 22.04 to Ubuntu 24.04. And then can not turn on Hotspot. Although this operation can be done in network settings, but the Hotspot can not be searched in mobile device and then Ubuntu 24.04 popup an error message said that activation network connection fail.

Details:
Ubuntu 24.04 with kernel 6.8.0-44-generic.
The installed rtl8188fu-dkms is 4.3.23.6~noble10 version.
