Improvements to the Solver Table

I had an idea to improve the current solver table.

It will be beneficial for first-time users if we add a column to the solver table which tells us which solvers work "out of the box" and which ones need a license or external installation. While the current table does have a column for license which is partly meant to indicate this, it could be made more explicit. This is also a common point in the solver specific notes and should probably be tabulated.
