Anyway to ignore changed lines?

I am looking to only see green/red changes, but with thousands of lines it is easy to miss some of these added/deleted lines.

The closely related project comparePlus (alternative or successor) has a menu option "show only diffs" which hides identical lines – I am not sure it's exactly what you look for, because it shown not only added/deleted but also changed and moved lines.
