Autotracing Clinical Step - checkboxes behave abnormally #1042

Describe the bug

When returning to the Clinical step in Autotracing, that was previously submitted with "has symptoms" set to false, changing "has symptoms" to true yields that symptoms are no longer validated for the required length.
