New Rule drop-downs should match the selected library #1080

I have two libraries, Movies and TV Shows.

When clicking on "New Rule", the library that is defaulted in the Library dropdown is the Movies library. However all of the drop-downs below that are for TV Shows. As a new user, I was very confused as to why the config for my Movies library all used TV Show terminology and the community rules all seemed tied to TV Shows.

Ideal behaviour: Whichever library is defaulted into the library dropdown on this page, the form fields below should match that Library type.
