Format the buyer name

In order to bring better compatibility for the korean shops and buyers, it would be interesting to format the name of korean buyers. For now, the format of buyers names is not ideal. For instance, in the order details, korean first and last names are formatted with a space. Also, in some cases, only the last name or the first name is displayed and may be offensive.

Describe the solution you'd like
Detect if the buyer's name is korean and format the name in order details and emails. (ex: 홍길순 instead of 길순 홍)
