Weather Blueprint doesn't work with December update for HA #12

I'm getting the error:

Error rendering variables: JSONDecodeError: Input must be bytes, bytearray, memoryview, or str: line 1 column 1 (char 0)

I mentioned it in the discord, and somebody else was getting the same error every since the December HA update

I think its related to the forecast ... but just updated so I'll take a look soon (taking a sick day today however)
