Export All Pages as PDF should create a single file #80

The export all pages as pdf option should not generate a separate pdf file for each page. It should create a single pdf containing all the pages. You want the information which is kept together in Codex to be kept together in the PDF.

Seconding on this.

I was assuming the folders represented a "book" and each files "pages", so I was expecting to export them as a single PDF.
I'm totally fine with manually merging it, but after a bit, it gets tedious.

  • another thought: it would be super good if the name of the folder appears as the first page (like a title page), and the pages appear after that?
