Choosing Tekton doesn't create resources in OpenShift

When creating a component from a template (I used quarkus-backend-template) and choosing Tekton as my CI/CD tool only the resources on the git repo get created (in the tekton folder). I would expect this to create the pipeline resources in the OpenShift cluster as well.

I think this would require a Tekton custom action. Correct? @christophe-f
