Reference in Getting-Started Documentation is linked to internal SIMONA version

Installation
You can find and download the source code of the latest stable SIMONA version here. Go ahead and clone the repository using git:
$ git clone https://git.ie3.e-technik.tu-dortmund.de/SIMONACrew/SIMONA.git
