Proposed change

Bump all of ZHA's zigpy dependencies:

The zigpy radio APIs are slowly being consolidated into zigpy, allowing for finer control over routing and other radio-specific behavior, regardless of radio. This change allows for unknown device discovery for all radio libraries (including the Conbee), in addition to exposing the foundation for a topology-based source routing framework.

Type of change

  • Dependency upgrade
  • Bugfix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)

  • New feature (which adds functionality to an existing integration)
  • Deprecation (breaking change to happen in the future)
  • Breaking change (fix/feature causing existing functionality to break)
  • Code quality improvements to existing code or addition of tests
