ABP filters not working when there's an uppercase letter

1. Go to http://uux3.altervista.org/index.html ( its some free hosting site i made with only 2 images to make easier to see the problem )
2. Add ||uux3.altervista.org/lowercase.png and ||uux3.altervista.org/UPPERCASE.png to "Your block rules"
3. Reload the page

You see that lowercase.png is blocked but UPPERCASE.png isn't.

Verified it works.

Note that ABP filters are not case-sensitive, unless the option match-case is present. This option however is not supported by HTTPSB, and given that I found only one occurrence of its use throughout all the supported ABP-compatible lists, I doubt I will add support for it any time soon, given how this would affect negatively performance for all filters.
