The UI in OboeTester is confusing.
There are two ways to control channels: setting "Channels" and setting "ChannelMask".
Whichever one is done LAST takes precedence.

Maybe in OboeTester I should set the one being ignored to Unspecified.

This currently is the case but the UI isn't reflected that this the case.
