Steps to Reproduce

description is deprecated since Added name parameter to start_span() and deprecated description parameter. #3524
Documentation at https://docs.sentry.io/platforms/python/tracing/instrumentation/custom-instrumentation/ still uses it

Expected Result

The documentation should match current code.

Actual Result

Documentation recommends deprecated API.
